Singapore like many other countries is a developed nation. It is both a city and a state and it’s due to this it makes foreigners troop into the country to work. In terms of business activity Singapore has been voted as one of the most business friendly cities in the world, mainly due to the multinational corporations which are found in the country and the laws which govern the workers rights and pay. It is also a multiracial country with people from all walks of life and people from all over the world. It is for this reason that real estates come up to offer housing to the various company employees that are employed in the various sectors available.
There are many jobs available in the market. A good example is the manufacturing industry which is well diversified in that it represents a whole lot of sectors e.g. real estate, Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical and electronics, Refining of petroleum e.t.c. It is in this main sectors that majority of the workers are found. The economy of Singapore is booming to an extent that it is competing with most the G7 countries i.e. USA, United Kingdom, Russia, Israel, France, & Germany. In terms or real estate Singapore boasts of the tallest building in the world and still construction is going on for taller buildings.
Working in Singapore like many other developed nations is often found to be better than most the surrounding Asian countries. Among the advantages of working in Singapore include:

• Housing is easy to find due to the fact that you can find a house either through the internet.
• From where Singapore is located and the various major forms of transport found on the country i.e. Rail, Road and air. Movement to and from other neighboring countries is very easy, a person can work in a different city and yet reside in Singapore. It can also be noted that Singapore has one of the best modern maintained infrastructure in the world.
For foreigners, working in Singapore isn’t such a big hustle all you need to do is have a secure job, you should also have passed a medical examination conducted by a doctor in the country that you are about to leave and another examination by a doctor in Singapore. Your employer should stand as your sponsor in order for you to acquire a work permit, but in most circumstances that should be have been taken care of before the foreigner arrived in the country. Applications for this should be done at the Immigration department of Singapore.
